Happy 4th of July!!!
We spent the 4th at Uncle Paul's camp for the Robichaud annual party. As always, it was so much fun! The weather was a little chilly, it almost felt like a fall day, but it was not raining like every day for the past month. The cool temps didn't seem to phase the kids as they did all the usual things at the camp, including lots of swimming!!
There was no way Charlotte was staying out of the water, even after the sun went down and she was in warm clothes. It's like this girl doesn't have an internal thermostat!!
Daddy helping Charlotte with her first sparkler. I was too nervous but she did great!

After the sun went down, the kids all went up on the porch to watch the fireworks. Talk about a display. No need to go to professional fireworks when you have Uncle Paul's. Charlotte seemed to enjoy them for a while but by the end, it was getting late and she was tired and cuddling with Daddy so he just took her home. Here she is still having fun when they were just beginning.
The next day turned out to be even nicer weather than the 4th. So Mich, Hunter, Charlotte and I headed back to the lake for some more swimming. It was so nice and relaxing....
This is probably the last picture of just Charlotte and Mommy. Hopefully soon, it'll be Charlotte Mommy and Charlotte's baby sister.
Hunter is so brave now!!! She really enjoyed the boat. As Aunt Jan kept saying, I can't believe what a difference a year makes.
We had to stop at the marina for gas and Andrea treated the kids to an ice cream. Charlotte had a Dora head on a stick which I think had to be the messiest kind possible. :) Here's Charlotte's dirty face trying to keep her eyes open in the wind. Uncle Paul was going really fast and she LOVED it!
